KleenWeb is powered by a combination of your computer, and our filtering process servers in different locations around the globe. We have expended great effort to ensure that the technological telecommunication setup that powers the filtering for your computer is “fail-safe” with redundancy, backup servers, etc. 

Given however that not all is foreseeable, nor is all within our control, it is possible that something could happen to shut down the filtering process.

If instead of the usual KleenWeb/KosherNet icon  on the bottom right hand corner panel of your screen (toolbar), you see a yellow triangle  with an exclamation mark in its center, this indicates a problem with your computer’s filtering.

Chances are at that point you will either not have any internet access, or if you do, it will not be filtered. If your computer is in this status, please call us at either of these numbers: 718-972-2770, 313-625-7194
